Card Sketch Challenge - Entry #2

This is the second entry in June's Card Sketch Challenge.

A lot of you already know how the Sketch Challenge Contest works, but for those who don't here are the rules:

1.  You should follow the layout shown above for your submission;

2.  You could use any color combination you like for this challenge;  You could use cardstock, vellum, Designer Series Paper or a Simply Scrappin; Kit for your design;

3.  All products used for this challenge should be Stampin' Up! products - stamp sets, cardstock and accessories;

4.  You could use any Stampin' Up! stamp set for this challenge; and

5.  Email your submissions to me in .jpg form so I can post them on my blog for voting at the end of the month.  All submissions need to be to me by 9 pm on Saturday, June 28th to be included.

At the end of the month, I will put up a poll on my blog and the winner of the June Sketch Challenge will receive a free gift from me of "Card Candy".  What is card candy you ask?  Good question:))  It is an assortment of items that could be used to make or decorate a card.  Some things might include prepunched or prestamped items.  They may already be layered and ready to stick on your card.  There may be some premade bows out of ribbon that you could add, etc. 

Be sure to get your entries to me as soon as possible.  I will post them as soon as I get them for people to see and start deciding on which card to vote for.  The longer your card is posted on the blog, the better chance you have of it being seen over and over again before the vote at the end of the month.

June Sketch Challenge - Entry #1

Here is the first Sketch Challenge Entry for June.  The requirements for this month's card sketch is that you use only Stampin' Up! products, but you can use any color combination you want to create a card following the layout on the Sketch Challenge I posted for June.

Card Sketch Challenge - June Sketch

Are you ready for the June Sketch Card Challenge?  Well, here it is!  You can see that there is a background and then three different main layers with a thin strip going across.  The black layer also shows a smaller layer in white on top.

February Sketch Challenge - Entries #4 and #5

Here is card sketch challenge entry #4 (on the left).   I was not able to post the last two entrants to the card sketch contest over the last couple of days so I am posting them today.

This is entry #5 (on the right).  I will be putting the poll up today for you to vote for your favorite card so stay tuned!

February Sketch Challenge Entry #3

Here is the second Card Sketch Challenge entry for the month of February.  I cannot let you know who made this card just yet because I keep the entries annonymous so they can be voted on fairly starting on March 1st.

If you are interested in taking part of this sketch challenge, all you need to do is submit an email to me with a photo of your project that uses the layout used in my sketch.  You can use whatever color combination or stamp set you would like to make your card as long as it matches the layout for the month.

Beginning on March 1st, I will put a poll up on my blog for you to vote for your favorite entry and the winner will receive an accessory buffet from me that includes, ribbon, brads, eyelets and some incredibly wonderful Flower Fusion felt flowers (all products from Stampin' Up!).  How cool is that? 

So, hurry and get your entries in to me before the end of the month so they can be posted and viewed by everyone before we need to do our voting!

February Sketch Challenge #2

Here is another entry for the February Sketch Challenge.  What do you think about this card?  I would love to hear your comments.

This is the second entry of the month.  I know that there are many of you out there that wanted to participate in the challenge so be sure to get your entries to me as soon as possible.

February Sketch Challenge - Entry #1

Are you ready?  Well, here it is.  Our first sketch challenge entry for February.

In case you are just joining us. I do a sketch challenge at the beginning of each month.  I post the layout of the card you will need to create and it is your job to come up with a creation that matches that layout using any stamp set or color combination you wish.

Get your entries to me via email attachment without any reference to your name on the photo (so we can keep the contestants a secret until voting is over).

I will post the contestants of the sketch challenge on my blog when they arrive during the month.  All entries must be received by February 29th to be eligible.  Hint:  the ealier you get your entry to me, the longer people will be able to see it and enjoy it!

On March 1st, I will put a poll up on my blog for you to vote for your favorite card sketch.  The poll will stay up on my blog until March 5th at 9 pm.  I will announce the winner of the Sketch Challenge on March 6th. 

The winner of the sketch challenge will receive an "accessory buffet" from me that includes ribbon, brads, eyelets and some Flower Fusion felt flowers.  All products are from Stampin' Up! and are so much fun to play with so be sure to get your samples to me now!

February Sketch Challenge

Are you ready for the next Sketch Challenge?  Well, here it is. 

I think I will mix things up a little this month by offering an "Accessory Buffet".  This "buffet" will include some brads, eyelets, ribbon, buttons and Flower Fusion felt flowers all inside of a little cello bag tied off with some of Stampin' Up!'s new striped grosgrain ribbon. 

In case you don't know the drill, you can use whatever stamp sets, colors or accessories you like to complete the challenge.  The only thing that you need to do is follow my sketch layout to create your card.  All entries must be received by February 29th.  I will then post a poll on my blog on March 1st and the voting will begin...

Good luck to you all and don't forget to get those sketch samples to me as soon as possible so I can post them and let everyone see them in plenty of time before the voting begins!
