I just love my Big Shot. For those of you that know me in person, you know that I use it all the time - at least 5 times each week. I have been on a fabric kick lately and creating all kinds of really fun projects with it.
Today I thought I would share with you a White Gardenia Pin that I created as one of the samples I brought to New Jersey for my Big Shot Fabric Demonstrations.
I particularly like using thicker fabrics to create most of my projects. This one uses fleece which lends softness to this rather large flower. I used the Circles #2 Originals Die (#114526) and the leaves from Flower Layers with Leaf Bigz Die (#113470) along with my Big Shot Die-Cut Machine (#113439) and the Standard Cutting Plates that come along with the Big Shot when you purchase it. In the center, I added a pearl from the Pretties Kit (#109114).
I have made a couple other flowers using the same Circles #2 die so stay tuned for future posts showcasing those flowers as well.
You can order any of the supplies listed above online 24/7 from my website. Just click the "shop now" button in the upper right hand corner.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think of this project.
Thanks for stopping by again today, hope to see you right back here again tomorrow!

Lynn!!! I've been hearing wonderful things about your Demo at the INKredible Winter Wonderlude Event. I couldn't be there so I'm so pleased you are sharing some of your projects here on your Blog!! I'm loving this Gardenia and I never would of thought to use Fleece. I am how ever ready to go raid my local Thrift Store (as I heard you did) not to mention clean out my closet of old clothes!!!
Thanks for sharing Lynn!!!

I like this better than those with all the layers. I'm not into "hunks" and this one is absolutely soft and delicate. I would try this project for certain. Thanks so much for sharing!

What a beautiful creation. I love the softness of the fleece. It certainly looks like a gardenia. I, also, would like more info on how you put it together.
