As some of you know, I have been fighting the flu for about 3 weeks now. Not feeling really well, but still working hard to keep posting new things on my blog.
I haven't posted what I had planned to post quite yet, but I think you will enjoy the cards that I received in the mail in their place.
This card is another that I received from my upline Cindy. She emailed me first thing in the morning on May 1st to congratulate me on my sales for April and asked me what I did differently for my sales. I responded with the things I did and ended my email with "and all that while battling the flu". She was so sweet to turn around and send me this get well card with big hugs from her on the inside. It is times like this that make me appreciate the thought of a handmade card and how it makes people feel when they receive them. It is amazing how much better I felt after receiving this card:))
It is a little hard to see in the photo, but the Groovy Guava cardstock is actually textured. It adds to much character to the card than just plain, unstamped or un-embellished cardstock. The texture brings out your sense of touch as well as sight when looking at this card. It is really something that helps to bring this card up another notch. Cindy also loves watercoloring, so it is appropriate that both cards I received from her were watercolored (which is also a favorite of mine).
So another thanks to Cindy for thinking of me and thanks to all of you for stopping by to visit yet again!
Lynn

Your so lucky, this is a beautiful card! Hope you are feeling better!
I really hope your good sales didn't have anything to do with being sick! =-)
